Rates for Service. Citizens hereby approves the hourly legal billing rates as listed in Exhibit A, Roster, for the approved Practice Area(s) listed above. Any changes in the Roster must be pre-approved by Citizens in writing. The hourly rates billed hereunder shall not exceed the rates charged to other Florida government entities for comparable Services.
Rates for Service. (a) A Monthly fixed charge applicable to “other contracts” as specified in Enbridge's M13 Rate Schedule or such other replacement rate schedule which may be applicable and as may be amended from time to time by Enbridge; plus,
(b) The charge payable for the transportation of the ▇▇▇▇ Quantity shall be the Delivery Commodity Charge as specified in Enbridge's M13 Rate Schedule or such other replacement rate schedule which may be applicable and as may be amended from time to time by Enbridge; plus,
(c) The charge payable for the Firm Daily Variability Demand shall be equal to the rate specified in Enbridge’s T1 Rate Schedule for Annual Firm Injection/Withdrawal Right, Enbridge provides deliverability Inventory, under Storage Services; plus,
(d) The charge payable for each of the quantities debited or credited to the Producer Balancing Account shall be $0.05/GJ ($0.053/MMBtu); plus,
(e) The charge payable for Name Change Service shall be that of the Hub Pricing Provisions Schedule, Section D – Name Change, posted on Enbridge’s website, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, which schedule is revised from time to time by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. In the event that in any Month ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s charges pursuant to this Contract, (excluding Name Changes or Redirects) or any other storage and transportation agreements with Enbridge, exceed $5,000 the maximum fee for the Name Change Service provided for that Month shall be that of the Hub Pricing Provisions Schedule; plus,
(f) The charge payable for exceeding the limitations on the Producer Balancing Account as specified in Subsection 2.02 (c) of the Contract shall be the rate for Overrun of Maximum Storage Balance or Drafted Storage Balance under Unauthorized Overrun specified in Enbridge's Market Price Service Schedule (“MPSS”) or such other replacement rate schedule which may be applicable and as may be amended from time to time by Enbridge; and
(g) The rates for Services hereunder shall be subject to any orders, rules and regulations of any body having jurisdiction over such rates now or hereafter in effect during the term of this Contract.
Rates for Service. 6.1 Transportation Charge - Commencing on the date of the rates, charges and surcharges to be paid by Shipper to Transporter, including compensation for system fuel and losses, shall be in accordance with Transporter's applicable effective Rate Schedule (FT-A or FT-GS) and the General Terms and Conditions of Transporter's Tariff.

Rates for Service. 6.1 Rates and Charges - Commencing on the date of implementation of this Agreement under Section 10.1, the compensation to be paid by Shipper to Transporter shall be in accordance with Transporter's effective Rate Schedule FT-A or FT-GS, as specified on Exhibit A. Transporter and Shipper may agree that a specified discounted rate will apply only to specified volumes (MDRO, MDDO, MDTQ, commodity volumes or Authorized Overrun volumes) under the Agreement; that a specified discounted rate will apply only if specified volumes are achi8eved (with the maximum rates applicable to volumes above the specified volumes or to all volumes if the specified volumes are never achieved); that a specified discounted rate will apply only during specified periods of the year or over a specifically defined period of time; and/or that a specified discounted rate will apply only to specified points, zones, markets or other defined geographical areas. Transporter and Shipper may agree to a discounted rate pursuant to the provisions of this Section 6.1 provided that the discounted rate is between the applicable maximum and minimum rates for this service.
Rates for Service. Rates for Service are subject to change on five (5) days written notice to the Customer.

Rates for Service. 6.1 City-Owned Vehicles. Wrecker Services shall be provided by Contractor to City at no cost for all City-Owned Vehicles, as defined in this Agreement. Such services include tows, jump starts and tire changes. Any vehicle that is towed from outside of Bexar County will be charged per mile from the point of pickup to the Bexar County line via the most expeditious route.
