Rate Reviews. Operator shall review from time to time the rates and fees charged for transportation services and recommend to Partnership revision in such rates and fees as necessary to reflect increased or decreased costs or other changes in the conditions of service in order to assure that all costs are reflected in the tariffs of Partnership. Operator shall have the authority to prepare, file and prosecute, on behalf of the Partnership and without further approval of the Management Committee, revisions to such rates and fees which will not affect annual revenues by more than $100,000.
Rate Reviews. At the direction of the Management Committee, Operating Manager shall from time to time review the rates and fees charged for, and the other terms and conditions of, transportation services and recommend to Joint Venture revisions in such rates and fees or the other terms and conditions of service as necessary to reflect increased or decreased costs or other changes in the terms and conditions of service.
Rate Reviews. Operator shall review from time to time the rates and fees charged for transportation services and other matters contained in the FERC Tariff and recommend to the Partnership revisions in such rates and fees and other matters as necessary to reflect increased or decreased costs or other changes in the conditions of service in order to assure that all costs are reflected in the FERC Tariff. Operator shall also be responsible for all governmental regulatory filings as required.
Rate Reviews. Subject to NCUC approval and in accordance with the guidelines set forth on Exhibit C attached hereto, the Operator shall review from time to time the rates and fees charged for natural gas, natural gas transmission and/or distribution services, and subject to the receipt of any required regulatory approvals, revise such rates and fees as the Operator may deem appropriate for the Company; provided, however, the Operator may not revise such rates and fees if the Board of Directors of the Company, with the vote of at least one (1) Progress Energy Director, disapproves such change in rates and fees.
Rate Reviews. The earliest date for inflationary increases to the framework prices will be the xxxxxx 2019. Any subsequent increase to the framework prices shall be annually after this date. Throughout the contracting term CCS will actively seek rate reductions with service providers to drive additional value for money savings.
Rate Reviews. 4.3.1. The earliest date for inflationary increases to the Framework Alliance Contract prices will be the 2 April 2021. Any subsequent increase to the Framework Alliance Contract prices shall be annually after this date.
Rate Reviews. CL&P must make application for new rates to go into effect as of the end of the Base Rate Freeze Period (December 1, 2014). CL&P will propose an earnings sharing mechanism in that rate filing. CL&P also shall make application for a rate amendment within three years after the Base Rate Freeze Period, with new rates to go into effect no later than December 1, 2017.

Subject to Section 7.1.5 of the Operating Agreement the Operator shall review from time to time the rates and fees charged for natural gas transportation services, and subject to the receipt of any required regulatory approvals, revise such rates and fees as the Operator may deem appropriate for the Company, as such rates and fees should in general reflect increased or decreased costs or other changes in the conditions of service.

The Operator shall review from time to time the rates and fees charged for the LNG Storage Services and revise such rates and fees as the Operator may deem appropriate for the Company, as such rates and fees should in general reflect increased or decreased costs or other changes in the conditions of service.
Rate Reviews. 42.1. The Base Rate of Pay outlined in Schedule A of this Agreement will be reviewed by the Company annually (on or around 1 July) for the nominal term of the Agreement. The Company will review the Base Rate of Pay, and where required, increase it to ensure that they remain higher than the Award.
