Common use of Rate Protection Clause in Contracts

Rate Protection. The Hotel represents and warrants that the Group Rate shall be the lowest rate(s) offered to the Event participant during the Event Dates, with the exception of government rates, aircrew rates and negotiated corporate discounts.
