RATE FOR ADJUSTMENT FOR VACANT LEASED. PREMISES (AUG 2011) In accordance with the section entitled “Adjustment for Vacant Premises,” if the Government fails to occupy or vacates the entire or any portion of the leased Premises prior to expiration of the term of the Lease, the operating costs paid by the Government as part of the rent shall be reduced by $1.50 per ABOA SF of space vacated by the Government.

  • Adjustment for Spin Off If, for any reason, prior to the exercise of this Warrant in full, the Company spins off or otherwise divests itself of a part of its business or operations or disposes all or a part of its assets in a transaction (the "Spin Off") in which the Company does not receive compensation for such business, operations or assets, but causes securities of another entity (the "Spin Off Securities") to be issued to security holders of the Company, then

  • Payment for Overtime 1. Except as provided in 2.C.3., below, overtime shall be compensated at one and one-half (1 1/2) times the regular rate.

  • Adjustment for Stock Split All references to the number of Shares and the purchase price of the Shares in this Agreement shall be appropriately adjusted to reflect any stock split, stock dividend or other change in the Shares which may be made by the Company after the date of this Agreement.

  • Payment for annual leave (a) Before going on annual leave, an employee will be paid the amount of wages they would have received for ordinary time worked had they not been on leave during that period.

  • Adjustment for Rights Issue If the Company distributes any rights, options or warrants to all holders of its Common Stock entitling them to purchase shares of Common Stock at a price per share less than the Closing Price per share on the Business Day immediately preceding the ex-dividend date for such distribution of rights, options or warrants, the number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of each Warrant shall be adjusted in accordance with the formula: where: N’ = the adjusted number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of each Warrant. N = the current number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of each Warrant. O = the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding on the record date for such distribution. A = the number of additional shares of Common Stock issuable pursuant to such rights or warrants. P = the purchase price per share of the additional shares. M = the Closing Price per share of Common Stock on the record date. The adjustment shall be made successively whenever any such rights, options or warrants are issued and shall become effective immediately after the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to receive the rights, options or warrants. If at the end of the period during which such rights, options or warrants are exercisable, not all rights, options or warrants shall have been exercised, the number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of each Warrant shall be immediately readjusted to what it would have been if “N” in the above formula had been the number of shares actually issued.

  • Payment for Unused Sick Leave a. An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.

  • No Adjustment for Dividends Except as provided in Section 11.1, no adjustments in respect of any dividends shall be made during the term of a Warrant or upon the exercise of a Warrant.

  • No Adjustment of Exercise Price in Certain Cases No adjustment of the Exercise Price shall be made:
