Rate Category. In accordance with UW and NSF requirements, three rates categories have been established that depend on the Borrower’s affiliation and research funding source: (i) internal UW, (ii) external to UW and NSF funded, and (iii) external to UW and non-NSF funded. Rate Category. The Parcel Select Return Service—RDU rate category applies to merchandise returned as Parcel Post subclass mail prepared as specified by the Postal Service; entered as specified by the Postal Service; and retrieved in bulk at a designated delivery unit, or other equivalent facility, as specified by the Postal Service.

  • EMPLOYEE CATEGORIES All employees fall into one or the other of four principal categories as outlined below.

  • Spread; Spread Multiplier; Index Maturity The “Spread” is the number of basis points (one one-hundredth of a percentage point) specified on the face hereof to be added to or subtracted from the related Interest Rate Basis or Interest Rate Bases applicable to this Note. The “Spread Multiplier” is the percentage specified on the face hereof of the related Interest Rate Basis or Interest Rate Bases applicable to this Note by which the Interest Rate Basis or Interest Rate Bases will be multiplied to determine the applicable interest rate. The “Index Maturity” is the period to maturity of the instrument or obligation with respect to which the related Interest Rate Basis or Interest Rate Bases will be calculated.

  • Interest Rates and Letter of Credit Fee Rates Payments and Calculations Interest Rates. (I) Except as provided in Section 2.6(c), all Obligations (except for undrawn Letters of Credit and Term Obligations) that have been charged to the Loan Account pursuant to the terms hereof shall bear interest on the Daily Balance thereof (from the date of incurrence through but excluding the date of repayment or prepayment (whether by acceleration or otherwise)) as follows: if the relevant Obligation is a LIBOR Rate Loan denominated in Dollars, at a per annum rate equal to the LIBOR Rate plus the Applicable Margin for LIBOR Rate Loans, if the relevant Obligation is a LIBOR Rate Loan denominated in Euros, at a per annum rate equal to the LIBOR Rate plus the Applicable Margin for LIBOR Rate Loans, if the relevant Obligation is a Swingline Loan, a per annum rate equal to the overnight LIBO Rate plus its Applicable Margin for Overnight LIBO Loans, and otherwise in respect of Revolver Obligations, at a per annum rate equal to the Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin for Base Rate Loans.
