Random Selection Testing. Any CPMA-represented employee who operates a commercial vehicle (e.g., the Public Safety Command Post vehicle) during the course of employment shall be subject to random substance abuse tests. Refer to Administrative Order No. 64 for more information re: the drug and alcohol testing policy for employees in safety sensitive positions.
