Common use of Random Selection Testing Clause in Contracts

Random Selection Testing. The City of St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ utilizes a computerized random selection program at the City designated medical provider to provide names to be tested for substance use. All employees in the random selection pool have an equal chance to be selected. Employees may be randomly tested no more than two (2) times per calendar year unless otherwise specified in a union contract. A computer does the actual selection and provides two lists:
