Rain Barrels. If applicable, any charges, plus applicable taxes, paid by the Vendor to the Municipality and/or other governmental authority with respect to “Rain Barrels” or other infrastructure features, such charges to be absolutely determined by statutory declaration sworn on the part of the Vendor shall be reimbursed to the Vendor on Closing.
