Rail Carrier. Neither Purchaser, nor any of its Related Affiliates is now or shall be at any time prior to the Closing a Person that is a Rail Carrier.
Transportation Services Union shall, subject to the terms and conditions herein, transport Shipper’s gas on Union’s system (the “Transportation Services”). Shipper agrees to the following upon nomination to Union for the provision of the Transportation Services:
Pipelines Developer shall have no interest in the pipeline gathering system, which gathering system shall remain the sole property of Operator or its Affiliates and shall be maintained at their sole cost and expense.
Verizon OSS Services 8.2.1 Upon request by Covista, Verizon shall provide to Covista Verizon OSS Services. Such Verizon OSS Services will be provided in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.
Transport 6.1.1 BellSouth shall provide nondiscriminatory access, in accordance with FCC Rules 51.311, 51.319, and Section 251(c)(3) of the Act to interoffice transmission facilities described in this Section 6 on an unbundled basis to EZ Phone for the provision of a qualifying service, as set forth herein.
Red Flags Services (1) The provisions of this Section 3(c) (the “Red Flags Section”) shall apply in the event the Fund elects to receive the “Red Flags Services”, which are hereby defined to mean the following services:
Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.
Signaling Link Transport 10.2.1 Signaling Link Transport is a set of two (2) or four (4) dedicated 56 kbps transmission paths between Southern Telecom designated Signaling Points of Interconnection that provide appropriate physical diversity.
Authorized Sub-processors Customer agrees that MailChimp may engage Sub-processors to process Customer Data on Customer's behalf. The Sub-processors currently engaged by MailChimp and authorized by Customer are listed in Annex A.
One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Reconex shall provide its own facilities or purchase transport for the delivery of traffic to any Collocation arrangement it establishes at a Verizon-IP pursuant to the Collocation Attachment.
ON-SITE STORAGE With the written approval of the Authorized User, materials, equipment or supplies may be stored at the Authorized User’s site at the Contractor’s sole risk.
