RAFFLE TICKETS. The selling of raffle tickets or soliciting of donations by Licensee from its exhibit, concession or parade location(s) is prohibited unless provided in this Agreement.

RAFFLE TICKETS. The selling of raffle tickets or soliciting of donations by Licensee from any common space, roadway, aisle, or contracted exhibit space is prohibited except as specifically provided for in this Agreement.
RAFFLE TICKETS. Each beneficiary must sell $500 worth of raffle tickets (1 for $20, 3 for $50). We typically have 5 prize categories valued each at $1,000. If total amount sold is less than $500, that amount will be deducted from the final proceeds to the beneficiary. Gift Certificate. We require each beneficiary must secure gift certificates for at least one category of the raffle (total value of $200).
RAFFLE TICKETS. Raffle tickets are allowed but you must stay within your booth space to sell. If firearms are being raffled, the item may not be given to the winner on Fairgrounds property. Alternative arrangements between seller and raffle winner must be made.

  • School Closures If school must be canceled, the school year shall be extended and vacations and in-service days and holidays not required by Statute may be utilized to meet State and District curriculum requirements. Any student school days waived by OSPI due to emergency school closure shall also be work days waived for certificated staff. There shall be no loss of pay in such an instance.

  • Sports related devices, services and medications used to affect performance primarily in sports- related activities; all expenses related to physical conditioning programs such as athletic training, bodybuilding, exercise, fitness, flexibility, and diversion or general motivation.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.
