RADIOLOGISTS. (a) Radiologists shall be remunerated by a combination of salary and piece rates as prescribed hereunder and shall undertake all radiological services to patients referred to them in tertiary hospitals or where the employer determines with the agreement of the practitioners concerned also from any combination of other public hospitals. (b) Subject to this clause, Radiologists shall exercise rights of private practice under the same terms and conditions as other consultants engaged under Arrangement A.
RADIOLOGISTS. VRP shall ensure that each Radiologist that performs services with or on behalf of the Practice is obligated, in writing, to comply with the same terms and restrictions as are set forth in this Article 1 and all other provisions in this Agreement that are applicable to the Practice.

RADIOLOGISTS. All radiologists and their clinics and offices, and all medical organization controlled and/or administered by radiologists, including clinics and centers providing imaging or mammography which are controlled and/or administered by radiologists.

  • Contract for Professional Services of Physicians, Optometrists, and Registered Nurses In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 2254.008(a)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

  • Contract for Professional Services of Physicians Optometrists, and Registered Nurses

  • Hospital Any institution which is legally licensed as a medical or surgical facility in the country in which it is located, which is a) primarily engaged in providing diagnostic and therapeutic facilities for clinical and surgical diagnosis, treatment and care of injured and sick persons by or under the supervision of a staff of physicians; and b) not a place of rest, a place for the aged or nursing or convalescent home or institution or a long term care facility.

  • Medical There shall be an open enrollment period for medical coverage in each year of this Agreement. An employee may elect no medical coverage during any open enrollment period. An employee who has elected no medical coverage may elect medical coverage during an open enrollment period. No pre-existing condition limitations will apply.
