Radiologist. Xxxxx- is notified by the Radiology Information System (RIS) that a new case can be seen in the PACS11. He accessed the case images through PACS.
Radiologist will read and interpret all Imaging Scans from Radiologist's Florida residence or, upon the Company's request, from any facility hereafter acquired or established by it which is located in Broward or Palm Beach County, Florida and will not be required to be present on site outside of Florida for such purposes.
Radiologist shall indemnify and fully defend, save and hold harmless the Company and Premier, if the Company or Premier shall at any time or from time to time suffer any Losses arising out of or resulting from:
Radiologist. The Radiologist uses the output from the radiographer, the static and dynamic scans and highlights the features of the scan and suggests a diagnosis.
Radiologist group of Radiologists or professional corporation or association (or other professional entity) whose owners are Radiologists with the Group. Administrator shall give written notice (the "Administrator Notice") to the Group describing the New Professional Service Opportunity. Within the earlier of (i) thirty (30) days or (ii) one-half of the time during which the Administrator, Parent or their Affiliates must respond to an offer described in the Administrator's Notice, the Group shall deliver to Administrator a written notice stating whether or not the Group elects to accept or reject the New Professional Service Opportunity which election shall be binding on the Group. If the Group does not elect to exercise the right or fails to provide the notice to Administrator within the time frame herein provided, Administrator shall be released from the right of first offer with respect to that particular New Professional Service Opportunity. Prior to consummating any asset acquisition, merger or other consolidation of any Radiologist, group of Radiologists, or professional corporation or association (or other professional entity) whose owners are Radiologists within any Secondary Service Area, Administrator shall first consult with the Joint Planning Board.

  • Hospital This plan covers behavioral health services if you are inpatient at a general or specialty hospital. See Inpatient Services in Section 3 for additional information. Residential Treatment Facility This plan covers services at behavioral health residential treatment facilities, which provide: • clinical treatment; • medication evaluation management; and • 24-hour on site availability of health professional staff, as required by licensing regulations.   • Health Care Operations Health Care Operations shall have the meaning set out in its definition at 45 C.F.R. § 164.501, as such provision is currently drafted and as it is subsequently updated, amended or revised.

  • Contract for Professional Services of Physicians Optometrists, and Registered Nurses In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 2254.008(a)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Credentialing The Provider will maintain written documentation confirming that each individual providing services under this agreement has and maintains the requisite credentials. Any change in status regarding any credentialing requirements must be reported in writing, by the Provider to the Department's Credentialing Contracted Agent, within thirty days.

  • Chiropractic Services This plan covers chiropractic visits up to the benefit limit shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits. The benefit limit applies to any visit for the purposes of chiropractic treatment or diagnosis.

  • Supplier Diversity Seller shall comply with Xxxxx’s Supplier Diversity Program in accordance with Appendix V.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Medi Cal PII is information directly obtained in the course of performing an administrative function on behalf of Medi-Cal, such as determining Medi-Cal eligibility or conducting IHSS operations, that can be used alone, or in conjunction with any other information, to identify a specific individual. PII includes any information that can be used to search for or identify individuals, or can be used to access their files, such as name, social security number, date of birth, driver’s license number or identification number. PII may be electronic or paper. AGREEMENTS

  • Health Plan An appropriately licensed entity that has entered into a contract with Subcontractor, either directly or indirectly, under which Subcontractor provides certain administrative services for Health Plan pursuant to the State Contract. For purposes of this Appendix, Health Plan refers to UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company.

  • Physician Visits This plan covers the services of a physician or other provider in charge of your medical care while you are inpatient in a general or specialty hospital.
