Radification Sample Clauses

Radification. Except as otherwise specifically modified by this Addendum, all the terms and conditions and covenants and agreements as set forth in the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and are hereby restated and radified by both the Executive and the Company and shall remain in full force and effect.
