Radiators Clause Samples

The 'Radiators' clause defines the requirements and standards for the installation, maintenance, or operation of radiators within a property or project. Typically, this clause specifies the type, size, and placement of radiators, as well as any necessary safety or efficiency measures, such as ensuring proper ventilation or compliance with building codes. By clearly outlining these expectations, the clause helps prevent disputes over heating provisions and ensures that the heating system meets agreed-upon standards for comfort and safety.
