Common use of Radiation Protection Clause in Contracts

Radiation Protection. While the Seller can offer building design suggestions, the entire responsibilities for meeting all local codes and regulations regarding radiation protection remain with the Buyer. The building and all work areas will comply with all relevant safety standards concerning radiation protection during all phases of construction, installation, testing and operation. The Buyer will be responsible for installation plans of a radiation protection system in accordance with local codes and regulations.
