Common use of Radiation Protection Clause in Contracts

Radiation Protection. 10.1 The parties recognize that a trained pool of "green qualified" members (Construction Radiation Protection Coordinators "RPC's") is critical to project success. The parties will meet annually to review, discuss, and identify potential shortfalls and actions to ensure an adequate supply of qualified labour. The parties agree to work together to provide and maintain training opportunities that are aligned with Project needs.
