Racism. Every employee has the right to work in an environment that is free from racism and from any reprisal or threat of reprisal for the reporting of such behaviour. The parties agree to jointly co-operate to ensure that allegations of racism are effectively dealt with and to ensure those who make such allegations in good faith are able to do so without fear of reprisal. Policies and procedures for the treatment of complaints of racism have been developed by the Employer. The current “Anti-Racism Education and Response Policy” developed by the Employer will not be revised without consultation with the Union.

Refoulement includes any action having the effect of returning the individual to a State, including expulsion, deportation, extradition, rejection at the frontier, extra-territorial interception and physical return. The prohibition of refoulement of refugees (the principle of non-refoulement) is laid down by article 33 CSR51 and is also generally considered to be part of customary international law. Refugee status: Means the status granted by a Member State to a person who is a refugee and is admitted as such to the territory of that Member State. Racism. Yes this submission is racist but I would prefer to be a racist than a traitor. This is a decision that all Australians need to make. In regards to this I note the Xxxxxx government is considering removing the race clause from the Constitution. This could be a monumental failing if this submission is ignored. Australians will have to watch in dismay at the Chinese take over of our country knowing they are powerless to do anything about it. Assessment by Politicians Every politician in both Houses should be directed to provide a written report on this submission either agreeing with the statements made or setting out what they believe to be flawed. These reports must be in writing and made freely available to the public so everyone knows how they stand on this issue.
