Quotation and Purchase Order. 3.1 Any quotation given by the Seller (whether in writing or orally) is only an invitation to the Buyer to make an offer and each purchase order or acceptance of a quotation for Goods will be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase the Goods upon these Conditions. The Contract is formed when the purchase order is accepted by the Seller in accordance with Condition 3.2. No purchase order placed by the Buyer on the Seller (whether or not in pursuance of a quotation) shall be binding on the Seller unless and until it is accepted by the Seller and nothing in these Conditions will oblige the Seller to accept any purchase order from the Buyer.
