Quotas. Quotas for students in the Transition Program shall be established on an equal basis per Participating District.
Quotas. Each member shall be assigned a quota. The quotas of the members represented at the United Nations Monetary and Financial conference which accept membership before the date specified in article XX, Section 2 (e), shall be those set forth in Schedule A. The quotas of other members shall be determined by the Fund.
Quotas. Reseller will use commercially reasonable efforts to satisfy the applicable quotas for each Quota Period, as specified in Exhibit B. For the avoidance of doubt, the failure by Reseller to satisfy such quotas will be a material breach of this Agreement by Reseller.
Quotas. The Ameriquest Parties may not require its employees to complete an unreasonable minimum number of Loan applications or Loan Closings per month or other time period where the result is that employees violate any provision of this Settlement Agreement or the law. No branch, regional or area sales manager may establish a quota system separate from that established by an Ameriquest Party; provided, however, nothing in this Settlement Agreement shall prohibit regional, area or branch managers from conducting reasonable sales or incentive contests.
Quotas. The Company shall assign each account and prospective account an annual sales quota, divided into monthly quota amounts. Quotas will be established based upon account factors including but not limited to historical spend, print/digital mix, and overall addressable advertising opportunity. Sales toward quotas will be credited when the revenue is recognized by the Company, which occurs when an item bills. A sales representative’s overall quota shall be comprised of the sum of the individual quotas assigned to each account and prospective account in the sales representative’s territory. The Company may increase or decrease quotas annually, pursuant to the above guidelines, in order to target attainment of sales budgets and TTC from year to year. Further, while the Company will seek to avoid changing quotas during a sales compensation year, quotas may be increased or decreased up to one additional time per sales compensation year, in order to ensure that the sales budgets will be attained. Local management will have limited discretion to revise quotas based on specific local circumstances. Any such changes must be approved by Sales Operations.
Quotas. 2.1.1 The parties agree to the quota levels set forth in Schedule D hereto (or as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the parties) as the minimum requirements for DISTRIBUTOR purchases of Products from RSM, and DISTRIBUTOR shall purchase Products in no less than such amounts in the applicable calendar quarters. 2.1.2 DISTRIBUTOR agrees that the minimum purchase requirements appearing on Schedule D hereto are reasonable in view of the market potential for Products in the Territory and acknowledges that all such requirements have been established as the result of a mutual examination of market potential and negotiations between the parties. 2.1.3 It is further agreed that in the event additional Products are added to Schedule B hereto, the minimum purchase requirements for such Products will be determined by RSM after consultation with DISTRIBUTOR, and such new minimum purchase requirements will be incorporated in and be made subject to the terms of this Agreement. 2.3
Quotas. 1. The number of permits (quota), validity, time and interval of hand-over shall be agreed by the Joint Commission (Article 10) for a period of 12 months (quota period), taking into account the principles and criteria mentioned in the Preamble.
Quotas. The Sprint PCS NAM(s) will be assigned an annual quota. A ramp-up period will be provided during position start-up. The Sprint PCS NAM will be directly responsible for direct corporate liability sales (direct company billing), reimbursed employee sales, and employee sales programs. The option to utilize telesales channels and Sprint PCS/Manager retail channels to sell and fulfill orders will be available to the Sprint PCS NAM and the Manager NAE. In Manager Service Areas, Manager will develop a national account quota for Manager NAEs on an annual basis to be jointly reviewed and agreed upon by Sprint PCS and Manager.
Quotas. Reseller will use commercially reasonable efforts to satisfy the applicable quotas for each Quota Period, as specified in Exhibit B. For the avoidance of doubt, the failure by Reseller to satisfy such quotas will be a material breach of this Agreement by Reseller. First-line Technical Support. Reseller will provide End Users first-line technical support services relating to the Products provided by Reseller to End Users. Such First-line technical support services include without limitation: (i) receiving requests for assistance and support from End Users, (ii) gathering the necessary detailed information about each request for assistance, (iii) reviewing Product Documentation and other reference materials to diagnose the source or cause of any reported problem, (iv) providing End Users with a solution or work-around, (v) promptly reporting back to End Users on progress being made to solve the problem, (vi) communicating with BluBØX regarding problems that cannot be solved using Reseller’s resources solely, (vii) coordinating with and passing through to End Users any second-line technical support provided by BluBØX to Reseller, and viii) whenever BluBØX is involved, keeping BluBØX informed on the status of the resolution effort. In no event shall an End User contact BluBØX for direct assistance or support without BluBØX’s prior written consent. For the avoidance of doubt, the failure by Reseller to satisfy its first-line technical support obligations will be a material breach of this Agreement by Reseller.
Quotas. Quotas for University sabbatical leaves shall be determined at the beginning of each academic year. The quota shall be one sabbatical leave for each 17 Teaching Professionals and Resource Professionals, or major fraction thereof. If the number of sabbatical leaves generated for a given academic year exceeds the number of academically acceptable proposals for sabbatical leave by Teaching Professionals and Resource Professionals eligible for consideration for such leave, the maximum available for award in such year shall be equal to the number of academically acceptable proposals.
