Quite Enjoyment. Landlord covenants and agrees with Tenant that upon Tenant paying the rent and additional rent and observing and performing all the terms, covenants and conditions, on Tenant's part to be observed and performed, Tenant may peaceably and quietly enjoy the premises hereby demised, subject, nevertheless, to the terms and conditions of this Lease, and to the mortgages and deeds of trust hereinbefore mentioned.
Quite Enjoyment. Landlord covenants that, provided Tenant complies with the terms and conditions set forth herein, Tenant shall quietly and peacefully have and hold the Leased Premises for the Term of the Lease.
Quite Enjoyment. So long as Tenant shall pay the rent and other amounts payable by it in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Lease and shall keep, perform and observe all of the covenants and provisions hereof to be kept and performed by Tenant, Tenant shall quietly enjoy the Premises in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Lease, subject to any mortgages, agreements, encumbrances, covenants, restrictions and easements to which this Lease may be subordinated.
Quite Enjoyment. Landlord covenants and agrees with Tenant that upon Tenant paying the Rent required under this Lease and paying all other charges and performing all of the covenants and provisions on Tenant's part to be observed and performed under this Lease, Tenant may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises in accordance with this Lease without hindrance or molestation by Landlord or its employees or agents.
Quite Enjoyment. Upon Tenant paying the rent for the Premises and observing and performing all of the covenants, conditions and provisions on Tenant's part to be observed and performed hereunder, Tenant shall have quiet possession of the Premises for the entire term hereof subject to all of the provisions of this Lease.
Quite Enjoyment. So long as Tenant is in compliance with the terms of this Lease, Tenant shall lawfully, peaceably and quietly have, hold, occupy and enjoy the Demised Premises during the term of this Lease without hindrance or ejection by Landlord.
Quite Enjoyment. So long as Tenant Is not in default under any of the terms and conditions of this Lease, Tenant may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises for the term of this Lease.
Quite Enjoyment. Landlord covenants and agrees that Tenant, so long as it shall not be in default hereunder, shall and may, at all times during the term of this Lease and any extension and renewal hereof, peacefully and quietly have, hold, occupy, and enjoy the Premises without any hindrance or molestation whatever.
Quite Enjoyment. The Landlord has the right to enter into this Lease. If the Tenant complies with this Lease, the Landlord must provide the Tenant with undisturbed possession of the Rental Space.
Quite Enjoyment. Provided that Tenant performs all of its obligations ---------------- hereunder, Tenant shall have and peaceably enjoy the Premises during the Lease Term free of claims by or through Landlord, subject to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Lease.
