Common use of Quitclaim Clause in Contracts

Quitclaim. At the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Lessee shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Lessor within ten (10) days after written demand from Lessor to Lessee any quitclaim deed or other document required by any title company to remove the cloud of this Lease from the title of the Premises.

Quitclaim. At the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Lessee shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to Lessor Lessor, within ten five (105) days after written demand from Lessor to Lessee Lessee, any quitclaim deed or other document reasonably required by any reputable title company to remove the cloud of this Lease from the title of the Premises.
