Common use of Quiet Enjoyment Clause in Contracts

Quiet Enjoyment. Lessor covenants and agrees with Lessee that upon Lessee paying Rent and performing its covenants and conditions under this Lease, Lessee shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises for the Lease Term, subject, however, to the rights reserved by Lessor hereunder.

Quiet Enjoyment. Lessor So long as Lessee pays the rent and performs the covenants and agrees with Lessee that upon Lessee paying Rent and performing its covenants and conditions under contained in this Leaselease, Lessee shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises for the Lease Termpeaceably and quietly, subject, however, subject to the rights reserved by Lessor hereunderprovisions of this lease.

Quiet Enjoyment. Lessor covenants that if, and agrees with Lessee that upon Lessee paying Rent and performing its covenants and conditions under this Leaseso long as, Lessee pays Fixed Basic Rent, and any Additional Rent as herein provided, and performs Lessee's covenants hereof, Lessor shall and may do nothing to affect Lessee's right to peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises for the Lease TermTerm herein mentioned, subject, however, subject to the rights reserved by Lessor hereunderprovisions of this Lease.

Quiet Enjoyment. The Lessor covenants and agrees with Lessee that upon Lessee paying Rent said rent and other charges and performing its all of the covenants and conditions under this Leaseprovisions aforesaid on Lessee’s part to be observed and performed, the Lessee shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises for the Lease Term, subject, however, to the rights reserved by Lessor hereunderin accordance with this Lease.

Quiet Enjoyment. So long as Lessee shall pay the rentals and all other sums herein provided and shall keep and perform all of the terms, covenants, and conditions on its part herein contained, Lessor covenants and agrees with Lessee that upon Lessee paying Rent and performing its covenants and conditions under this LeaseLessee, Lessee subject to Lessor’s rights herein, shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy have the Premises for the Lease Term, subject, however, right to the rights reserved by Lessor hereunderpeaceful and quiet occupancy of the Premises.

Quiet Enjoyment. Lessor covenants that if Lessee pays the rent and agrees with Lessee that upon Lessee paying Rent and performing its covenants and conditions performs all of Lessee’s other obligations under this Lease, Lessee shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises for the Lease Termdemised premises, subject, however, subject to the rights reserved by Lessor hereunderterms, covenants and conditions of this Lease and the ground Lease, underlying lease and/or mortgages herein before mentioned.

Quiet Enjoyment. Section 24.1. Lessor covenants that if and agrees with so long as Lessee that upon Lessee paying pays the Rent and performing its Additional Rent and other charges reserved by this Lease, and performs all the terms, covenants and conditions under of this LeaseLease on the part of Lessee to be performed, Lessee shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Demised Premises for the Lease Term, subject, however, to the rights reserved by Lessor hereunderterms of this Lease.

If Lessee shall pay the rent and perform all its other obligations hereunder, Lessor covenants that Lessee shall, during the term hereof, enjoy quiet and agrees with Lessee that upon Lessee paying Rent and performing its covenants and conditions under this Lease, Lessee shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy peaceable possession of the Premises for the Lease Term, subject, however, to the rights reserved by Lessor hereunderPremises.

Quiet Enjoyment. So long as Lessee shall pay Base Rent, Additional Rent and all other sums due from Lessee under this Lease and shall keep and perform all of the terms, covenants, obligations and conditions on its part herein contained, Lessor covenants and agrees with Lessee that upon Lessee paying Rent and performing its covenants and conditions under this Leasethat, subject to Lessor’s rights herein, Lessee shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy have the Premises for the Lease Term, subject, however, right to the rights reserved by Lessor hereunderpeaceful and quiet occupancy of the Premises.

Quiet Enjoyment. Lessor covenants that if and agrees with so long as Lessee that upon Lessee paying Rent pays the rent and performing its additional rent and performs the covenants and conditions under this Leasehereof, Lessee shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises for the Lease Termterm herein mentioned, subject, however, subject to the rights reserved by Lessor hereunderprovisions of this Lease.

Lessor covenants that if Lessee pays the rent and agrees with Lessee that upon Lessee paying Rent and performing its covenants and conditions performs all of Lessee's other obligations under this Leaselease, Lessee shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises for the Lease Termdemised premises, subject, however, subject to the rights reserved by Lessor hereunderterms, covenants and conditions of this lease and to the ground leases, underlying leases and mortgages hereinbefore mentioned.

Lessor covenants and agrees with Lessee that upon Lessee paying Rent the rent and additional rent and observing and performing its all the terms, covenants and conditions under this Leaseconditions, Lessee shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises for the Lease Termpremises hereby demised, subject, howevernevertheless, to the rights reserved by Lessor hereunderterms and conditions of this Lease, and to the mortgages and deeds of trust hereinbefore mentioned.

Lessor covenants and agrees with Lessee that upon Lessee paying the Net Rent and Additional Rent and observing and performing its all the terms, covenants and conditions under this Leaseon Lessee's part to be observed and performed hereunder, Lessee shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises for the Lease TermProperty hereby demised, subject, however, to the rights reserved by Lessor hereunderterms and conditions of this Lease.

Quiet Enjoyment. 20.01. Lessor covenants and agrees with Lessee that upon Lessee paying the Net Rent and Additional Rent and observing and performing its all the material terms, covenants and conditions under this Leaseon Lessee’s part to be observed and performed hereunder, Lessee shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises Property hereby demised for the Lease Term, subject, however, to duration of the rights reserved by Lessor hereunderTerm of this Lease.
