Quebec Settlement Class definition

Quebec Settlement Class means the settlement class in respect of the Quebec Action as defined in Schedule A.
Quebec Settlement Class means all Persons resident in Quebec who purchased Foam Products in Canada during the Settlement Class Period, except Excluded Persons and any legal person established for a private interest, partnership or association which at any time between October 1, 2009 and October 1, 2010 had under its direction or control more than 50 persons bound to it by contract of employment or that is not dealing at arm’s length with Option consommateurs.
Quebec Settlement Class means the settlement class in respect of the Québec Action that is defined in Schedule “A” to this Settlement Agreement.
