Quarterly Volume Analysis Report. ImmuneCyte shall provide a quarterly volume analysis containing relevant device and disposable product data, including part number and unit quantity for all users in the Territory. The volume analysis report will be sent to ThermoGenesis on or before thirty (30) days following the last day of ThermoGenesis’ fiscal year quarter. ThermoGenesis fiscal quarters are defined as January to March - 3rd quarter, April to June - 4th quarter, July to September - 1st quarter and October to December - 2nd quarter.
