Quarterly Services. 3.5.5.1 Detail clean all restroom floors (except 12th floor restroom of Jacksonville EverBank Center Building) and grout to a clean and uniform appearance; machine scrub floors, and wipe down all reachable walls and doors by the end of the first quarter of the subsequent contract and quarterly thereafter. All services to be schedule with Facility Manager. 3.5.5.2 Maintain hard floors with no build up in corners, no discolored edges from improper finish application or cleaning, and no dull or dirty surfaces; provide a high gloss and uniform appearance.
