Quarterly Progress Reports. The Grantee shall submit Quarterly Progress Reports to meet the State’s requirement for disbursement of funds. Quarterly Progress Reports shall be uploaded via GRanTS, and the State’s Project Manager notified of upload. The Grantee shall use the Quarterly Progress Reports template provided by the State’s Project Manager that shall, in part, provide a brief description of the work performed, Grantees activities, milestones achieved, any accomplishments and any problems encountered in the performance of the work under this Grant Agreement during the reporting period. The first Quarterly Progress Report should be submitted to the State no later than four (4) months after the execution of the agreement, with future reports then due May 30, August 30, November 30, and February 28.
