Quantity of Services. City makes no representations or warranties about the quantity of Services that will be requested or Charges that will be paid under this Agreement. Any quantity of Services or amount of Charges set forth in this Agreement are estimates only.

Quantity of Services. The Contractor acknowledges that provision of Services under this Agreement is on an “if and when requested basis” and that WorkSafeBC has the right in its sole discretion to determine whether to request Services from the Contractor. WorkSafeBC makes no representation as to the quantity of referrals or requests for Services that will be made under this Agreement. The Contractor specifically agrees and acknowledges that WorkSafeBC, its directors, officers, employees, or agents have not made any representations or warranties in regard to the quantity of referrals or requests for Services during the Term, and that no such representation or warranty, if made, is binding on WorkSafeBC.
Quantity of Services. The monitoring report is to provide information on activity in relation to the above.
Quantity of Services. The Provider will as a minimum facilitate quarterly meetings of the relevant forums to be established during the course of this year (2018/19). This will include extending invites, arranging venues and other facilities, recording of minutes and distributing the minutes of meetings. The Provider will demonstrate that they have engaged and supported voluntary organisations in Angus by providing the following information:  Details of the voluntary organisations engaged with and supported;  Details of the nature of involvement with each voluntary organisation; and  Details of the number of new organisations engaged with each quarter. The above information will be provided to the nominated representative on a quarterly basis.

Related to Quantity of Services

  • Quality of Services (a) The Consultant shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, and the coordination of all designs, drawings, specifications, and other services furnished pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Supply of Services 3.1 In consideration of the amounts due under this Agreement, the Supplier shall, from the date set out in the Purchase Order or Award Letter, provide the Services to the Customer for the Term, in accordance with the terms and conditions with this Agreement.

  • Quality of Service Contractor shall perform its services with care, skill, and diligence, in accordance with the applicable professional standards currently recognized by such profession, and shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, completeness, and coordination of all reports, designs, drawings, plans, information, specifications, and/or other items and services furnished under this Agreement. Contractor shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise any errors or deficiencies immediately upon discovery in its reports, drawings, specifications, designs, and/or other related items or services.

  • Continuity of Services A. The Contractor recognizes that the service(s) to be performed under this Contract are vital to the State and must be continued without interruption and that, upon Contract expiration, a successor, either the State or another contractor, may continue them.   • Originality of Services Except as to standard generic details, Consultant agrees that all technologies, formulae, procedures, processes, methods, writings, ideas, dialogue, compositions, recordings, teleplays and video productions prepared for, written for, or submitted to the District and/or used in connection with this Agreement, shall be wholly original to Consultant and shall not be copied in whole or in part from any other source, except that submitted to Consultant by District as a basis for such services.

  • Cost of Services Political Subdivision shall share some expenses for the above services, supplies and equipment. Additional elections may lower costs for each entity, and election cancellations may raise costs for each entity. It is understood that other political entities may wish to participate in the use of the County’s electronic voting equipment and polling locations, and it is agreed that Contracting Officer may enter into other contracts with entities for those purposes on terms and conditions generally similar to those set forth in this Agreement. Only the actual expenses directly attributable to this Agreement and any prorated shared expenses may be charged to Political Subdivision, plus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Statement of Services Service Attachments The services to be delivered by Provider (the “Services”) and the fees for those Services, and the specific terms applicable to those Services are described in the Order or in one or more Service Attachments referencing this Agreement. Except for Supplemental Services or Project Services (described below), and unless otherwise agreed in writing, the services we will deliver to you are limited to those Services specifically identified in the Order and described in the Service Attachments. You will incur additional Service Fees for Supplemental Services. We will notify you of any such additional Service Fees and will obtain your approval prior to providing them. However, we have no obligation to determine the need for or to provide any Supplemental Services. All Supplemental Services are provided on an “as-is” basis and include no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In addition, if we determine that any additional services you request would be inappropriate for treatment as Supplemental Services under this paragraph, we may deliver to you a proposed Service Attachment for Project Services or a Proposal prior to providing Supplemental Services. Project Services In some cases, you may ask us to deliver services outside the scope of any Order or Service Attachment and inappropriate for treatment as Supplemental Services. Examples of such services include major system upgrades, new computer, machine or device setup, network changes, datacenter moves or setups, or installations. In those cases, we will prepare a separate Service Attachment for Project Services describing the proposed scope of those services and our fee to deliver them. Installation dates are estimates only. Customer shall be responsible for preparation and maintenance of the site for such Project Services or installations, including, but not limited to, providing necessary electrical power and communication lines and proper air conditioning and humidity control. FEES FOR SERVICES | PAYMENT TERMS Service Fees Fees for Services are set forth in Order or Statement of Work. Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all Services will be performed on a time-and-materials basis at Provider’s then-current rates.

  • Continuity of Service Except where there exists an emergency situation necessitating a more expeditious procedure, the Licensee shall use reasonable efforts to interrupt service for the purpose of Cable Communications System construction, routine repairing or testing the Cable System only during periods of minimum use. When necessary service interruptions can be anticipated, the Licensee shall notify Subscribers in advance via message on the community channel community bulletin board.
