Quality Techniques. The Supplier shall use continuous improvement techniques to establish, maintain and improve quality. These techniques will be used in all stages of product life (i.e., design, qualification, ongoing production, and end of life production). The list of techniques will vary depending upon the stage of product life and quality performance. Some examples of techniques include but are not limited to the following.   • Techniques Framework agreement: Information about the dynamic purchasing system: No dynamic purchase system

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.
