Quality Surveillance. All services performed by Contractor shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the State at all times, and Contractor shall furnish all information concerning the services and grant the State’s duly authorized representatives free access at all reasonable times upon 24-hour notice to Contractor’s facilities where the services under the Agreement are performed or where the books and records relative to such services are maintained, and shall allow sucuiop[h representatives free access to any and all such books and records. At the State’s request, the Contractor shall provide the State with hard copies and digital files containing any data or information in the possession of the Contractor, which pertain to the State’s business under this Agreement.
Quality Surveillance. The Contractor shall allow such representatives free access to any of the Contractor's books and records relating to the services provided hereunder. At the Treasurer's request, the Contractor shall provide the State with hard copies or computer transmittal of any data or information in the possession of the Contractor that pertains to the Treasurer's business under this Agreement. The Contractor shall incorporate this paragraph verbatim into any agreement it enters into with any vendor providing services under this Agreement.
Quality Surveillance. Quality Surveillance is defined as the selective review, observation and evaluation of processes, procurement, manufacturing operations, quality control systems and programs to determine Seller compliance with contractual quality requirements. It is understood that the Agreement Price includes these inspection requirements. Quality Surveillance may consist of all or part of the following activities all to be performed in strict accordance with the requirements as set forth in Section 2; Section 5, Clause SC-5 (Quality Standards) and this Section 6.
Quality Surveillance a) The Eskom Engineer may either carry out Quality Surveillance of the work or employ an independent technically qualified organisation to carry out Quality Surveillance of the work on his behalf. In the event of dispute, the decision of the Eskom Engineer shall be final.
Quality Surveillance. The Government will conduct quality surveillance via various methods including formal and informal meetings, review of technical reports, review of monthly progress reports, and review of deliverables. Contractor performance will be evaluated in the areas of technical quality, schedule/timeliness, management, utilization of small business, and regulatory compliance as follows: Technical Quality: The Government will evaluate technical quality by inspecting deliverables to ensure end items meet contract requirements; Schedule/Timeliness: The Government will evaluate the contractor’s ability to meet negotiated milestones and delivery schedules;
