Quality/Special Features Sample Clauses

The Quality/Special Features clause defines the specific standards or unique characteristics that goods or services must meet under the contract. It typically outlines measurable criteria such as material grade, performance benchmarks, or compliance with industry certifications, and may require documentation or testing to verify these attributes. By clearly specifying these requirements, the clause ensures that the delivered products or services meet the buyer’s expectations and reduces the risk of disputes over quality or suitability.
