Common use of QUALITY OF CARE Clause in Contracts

QUALITY OF CARE. Under the terms of this agreement, the BC shall: (a) Assure that each eligible TRICARE beneficiary receives care which complies with the underlying standards and requirements in Article 3.3; and, (b) Provide services in the same manner to TRICARE beneficiaries as it provides to all patients to whom it renders services; and (c) Not discriminate against TRICARE beneficiaries in any manner, including admission practices, placement in special or separate wings or rooms, or provisions of special or limited treatment.
