QUALITY CONTROL REVIEWS. Formal quality control reviews of project deliverables shall be accomplished under the tasks as outlined in this scope of work. With each submittal, a verification of quality control shall be provided.
QUALITY CONTROL REVIEWS. At Seller’s reasonable request, Purchaser agrees to furnish or make available to Seller for inspection sample Licensed Products marked with one or more of the Licensed Marks. If Purchaser is notified or reasonably determines that it or any of its Subsidiaries is not complying with any Quality Standards, it shall notify Seller and the provisions of Article VII and Section 2.3 shall apply to such noncompliance.
QUALITY CONTROL REVIEWS. At 3Com's request, Palm agrees to furnish or make available to 3Com for inspection sample Palm Business Products marked with one or more of the Licensed Marks. 3Com may also independently conduct customer satisfaction surveys to determine if Palm and its Subsidiaries and Authorized Dealers are meeting the Quality Standards. Palm shall cooperate with 3Com fully in the distribution of such surveys. In the event of a challenge by 3Com, 3Com shall, at the request of Palm, provide Palm with copies of customer surveys used by 3Com to determine if Palm is meeting the Quality Standards. If Palm is notified or determines that it or any of its Subsidiaries or Authorized Dealers is not complying with any Quality Standards, it shall notify 3Com and the provisions of Article 8 and Section 4.3 shall apply to such noncompliance.

HP may also independently conduct customer satisfaction surveys to determine if Agilent and its Subsidiaries, Affiliated Companies and Authorized Dealers are meeting the Quality Standards. Agilent shall cooperate with HP fully in the distribution of such surveys. In the event of a challenge by HP, HP shall, at the request of Agilent, provide Agilent with copies of customer surveys used by HP to determine if Agilent is meeting the Quality Standards. If Agilent is notified or determines that it or any of its Subsidiaries, Affiliated Companies or Authorized Dealers is not complying with any Quality Standards, it shall notify HP and the provisions of Article IX and Section 4.3 shall apply to such noncompliance.

MRV may also independently conduct customer satisfaction surveys to determine if Luminent and its Subsidiaries and Authorized Dealers are meeting the Quality Standards. Luminent shall cooperate with MRV fully in the distribution of such surveys. In the event of a challenge by MRV, MRV shall, at the request of Luminent, provide Luminent with copies of customer surveys used by MRV to determine if Luminent is meeting the Quality Standards. If Luminent is notified or determines that it or any of its Subsidiaries or Authorized Dealers is not complying with any Quality Standards, it shall notify MRV and the provisions of Article 8 and Section 4.3 shall apply to such noncompliance.

At Pitney Bowes' request, Imagistics agrees to furnish or make available to Pixxxx Bowes for inspection sample Imagistics Business Products marked with xxx or more of the Licensed Marks. Pitney Bowes may also independently conduct customer satisfaction surveys tx xxxermine if the Imagistics Group and its Authorized Dealers and Authorized Manufacturers are meeting the Quality Standards. Such surveys shall be conducted no more than three (3) times during the term of this Agreement and no more than one (1) time in any six (6)-month period; provided that if Imagistics is not meeting the Quality Standards with respect to the Imagistics Business Products, or if any survey conducted pursuant to this Agreement discloses any Quality Standards problem for any reason, then Pitney Bowes shall have the option to conduct any additional surveys or takx xxxestigative and/or corrective action as in its judgment shall be necessary or appropriate to resolve the problem, consistent with the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to Article 8. Any such surveys shall be provided to Imagistics by Pitney Bowes for Imagistics' review and comment at least thirty (30) days pxxxx to Pitney Bowes' distribution of the surveys to any customer. Imagistics shall xxx have any approval or other rights in connection with any survey. Imagistics shall cooperate with Pitney Bowes fully in the distribution of such surveys. Pitney Bowes shall, xx xhe request of Imagistics, provide Imagistics with cxxxxx of customer surveys used by Pitney Bowes to determine if Imagistics is meeting the Quality Standards. Ix Xxxgistics is notified or determines that it or any of its Subsidiaries Authorized Dealers or Authorized Manufacturers is not complying with any Quality Standards, it shall notify Pitney Bowes and the provisions of Article 8 and Section 4.03 shall apply tx xxxh noncompliance.
QUALITY CONTROL REVIEWS. At Catalytica's request, CESI agrees to furnish or make available to Catalytica for inspection sample CESI Business Products marked with the Licensed Xxxx.

If Optical Access is notified or determines that it or any of its Subsidiaries or Authorized Dealers is not complying with any Quality Standards, it shall notify MRV and the provisions of Article 8 and Section 4.3 shall apply to such noncompliance.
QUALITY CONTROL REVIEWS. Prior to the Transfer Date, Seller shall be responsible for completion of any required quality control reviews of the Mortgage Loans in accordance with the Servicing Agreements and provide to Purchaser records of such quality control reviews promptly following their completion.
