Quality Assurance Meetings. Upon City’s request, Contractor shall schedule one or more quality assurance meetings with City’s Contract Administrator to discuss Contractor’s performance. If requested, Contractor shall schedule the first quality assurance meeting no later than eight (8) weeks from the date of commencement of work under the Contract. At the quality assurance meeting(s), City’s Contract Administrator will provide Contractor with feedback, will note any deficiencies in Contract performance, and provide Contractor with an opportunity to address and correct such deficiencies. The total number of quality assurance meetings that may be required by City will depend upon Contractor’s performance.

If requested, Consultant shall schedule the first quality assurance meeting no later than eight (8) weeks from the date of commencement of work under the Agreement. At the quality assurance meeting(s), Authority’s Agreement Administrator will provide Consultant with feedback, will note any deficiencies in Agreement performance, and provide Consultant with an opportunity to address and correct such deficiencies. The total number of quality assurance meetings that may be required by Authority will depend upon Consultant’s performance.
