Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager is the management representative reporting to the President and is responsible for ensuring full implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 quality system and the internal auditing required to verify its effectiveness. In addition to these responsibilities, he has issuing and revision control of the Company's Qualify Assurance Manual and related Quality Assurance Procedures (QAP's).

Quality Assurance Manager. The Quality Assurance Manager shall hold an accredited bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline, or to have three to five years of related industry experience, and have knowledge of program objectives, policies, procedures, and requirements for managing a secure detention/correctional facility. To establish and maintain a congenial line of communication with the Service Provider, the Service Provider's Warden/Facility Director and the COTR shall work together as a team to ensure that required work is accomplished in an efficient and proper manner. There should be no hesitation to call special meetings to discuss and resolve serious problems.
Quality Assurance Manager. [SOWG-10] The Contractor shall designate a Quality Assurance Manager; who shall be responsible for all Quality Assurance Manager for activities under this Contract. [SOWG-11] The Quality Assurance Manager shall report to a separate manager within the Contractor's organisation at a level equivalent to or higher than the Project Manager. [SOWG-12] The Contractor’s Quality Assurance Manager shall meet the following qualifications:

Quality Assurance Manager. In order to enhance Xxxxxxx'x responsibility for formulation and quality control, Xxxxxxx will provide an onsight employee of Xxxxxxx that will be responsible for reviewing all production and quality of pet food products (the "Quality Assurance Manager"). The Quality Assurance Manager shall, in general, be available at the Facility for consultation in connection with Xxxxxxx'x production of pet food for the Venture. In particular, the Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for consulting with Xxxxxxx regarding technical aspects of the production of pet food by the Venture. The Quality Assurance Manager will not be full time at the Facility, but will devote such time to the Venture as the Management Committee deems appropriate in light of the scope and activities of the Venture.
Quality Assurance Manager. Minimum of four (4) years Q/A experience obtained by writing procedures, implementing Q/A plans, reading and recording data and is familiar with OSHA and EPA requirements.

  • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.

In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager.   • Contract Manager The Contract Manager for the Board is Xxxxxxx Xxxxx. The Contract Manager for the Contractor is the Contractor. The parties shall direct all matters arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement, other than notices, to the attention of the Contract Managers for attempted resolution or action. The Contract Managers shall be responsible for overall resolution, action, coordination, and oversight relating to the performance of this Agreement.
