QUALITY ASSURANCE ACTIVITIES. If Xxxxxxx enters into any contract(s) with subgrantees, Grantee will be entirely responsible to DSHS for the performance of the subgrantee. If subgrantees are used, Grantee is expected to adequately monitor the implementation of interventions and other grant funded activities under this Contract, including but not limited to, the efficient and effective use of resources by the subgrantee(s), and the capacity and performance of subgrantee staff implementing interventions and other grant funded activities under this Contract, and ensuring that subgrantees are properly collecting and reporting data.
