Quality Agreement. Within at least thirty (30) days following the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Parties shall mutually agree upon an intercompany quality agreement which will appropriately address regulatory, operational and quality responsibilities and shall be in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit 4.6 (the “Quality Agreement”). The Quality Agreement will include a key contact list for each Party.
