QUALIFYING USE. The Applicant’s Qualified Property described in Section 3.3 qualifies for a tax limitation agreement under Section 313.024(b)(5) of the TEXAS TAX CODE as a renewable energy electric generation facility.
QUALIFYING USE. The Applicant’s Qualified Property described in Section 3.3 qualifies for a tax limitation agreement under Section 313.024(b)(1) of the TEXAS TAX CODE as property used for manufacturing.
QUALIFYING USE. Applicant’s property which is the subject of a limitation on the local ad valorem property values under this Agreement is eligible for a tax limitation as a renewable energy electric generation facility under §313.024(b)(5) of the Code.
QUALIFYING USE. The Applicant’s Qualified Investment described above in Section 2.3 qualifies for a tax limitation agreement under Texas Tax Code § 313.024(b)(1) as a manufacturing facility.
QUALIFYING USE. The manufacturer has made this package available to you through the vendor, whether directly or indirectly, on the understanding that it is being supplied to you primarily for use with the vendors' SABRE reservation system, and not with a view to resale or other remarketing.
QUALIFYING USE. The manufacturer has made this package available to you through The SABRE Group, whether directly or indirectly, on the understanding that it is being supplied to you primarily for use with the SABRE System, and not with a view to resale or other re-marketing.
QUALIFYING USE. The Applicant’s Qualified Property described in Section 3.3 qualifies for a tax limitation agreement under Section 313.024(b)(1) as a manufacturing facility. ARTICLE IV
QUALIFYING USE. Except as provided in (e) and (f) below, for the term of any services set forth in the Agreement, including any renewal periods, the Certifying Entity will use the service for the Facilities only in connection with its retail electric system in providing electricity to its retail electric customers.
QUALIFYING USE. The manufacturer has made this package available to you through The Sabre Group, whether directly or indirectly, on the understanding that it is being supplied to you primarily for use with the Sabre System, and not with a view to resale or other re-marketing.
QUALIFYING USE. Except as provided in (e) and (f) below, for the term of any scheduling service, including any renewal periods, the Certifying Entity will use the scheduling service for the Facilities only in connection with its retail electric system in providing electricity to its retail electric customers.
