Qualifying Households Clause Samples
Qualifying Households. You will be invoiced for connections provided under this POC in accordance with your usual billing cycle and the Chorus UFB Service Agreement Price List. Subject to complying with all the requirements at Clause 8 below, you will be eligible to receive a subsequent credit that will result in your total monthly cost for each connection to be:
Qualifying Households. 6 Households which qualify for an income related rent subsidy through a New Zealand government agency may also be approved for an agreement to rent a Trust Property under the Trust’s Public Housing Rental Protocol.
Qualifying Households. Access from AT&T is available only to Qualifying Households. A Qualifying Household refers to any individual or household with:
(a) at least one resident who participates in a “Qualifying Program,” as that term is defined below;
(b) with an address in AT&T’s 21-state wired home internet service area, at which AT&T offers “Qualifying Home Internet Service,” as that term is defined below; and
(c) no outstanding debt for AT&T Internet Service of any kind within the last six (6) months and no outstanding debt incurred under the Access from AT&T program. AT&T reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to make changes to the required qualifications for participation in the Access from AT&T program. Changes to program qualification requirements will not impact existing program participants unless we send you specific prior to any change taking effect with respect to your Account.
