QUALIFYING CONTRIBUTING PARTICIPANTS. A Contributing Participant who satisfies the eligibility requirements described in Section 4 will be a Qualifying Contributing Participant and thus entitled to share in Matching Contributions for any Plan Year only if the Participant is a Contributing Participant and satisfies the following additional conditions (Check one or more Options): OPTION 1: / / No Additional Conditions.
