Common use of Qualifying Conditions Clause in Contracts

Qualifying Conditions. For each Special (Personal) Floating Holiday taken an employee will be granted eight (8) hours pay (12 hours for tour workers) on the straight time rate of the employee’s regular job subject to the following:
