Common use of Qualified Employee Clause in Contracts

Qualified Employee. All fringe benefits described below shall be available only for full time employees, that is employees hired on a regular basis (10 or 12 month) throughout the year for more than six (6) hours a day. This shall result in no loss of fringe benefits for any employee already working in the district.‌
