Common use of Qualifications and Authorization Clause in Contracts

Senetek is a corporation duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of England, with full corporate power and authority to conduct its business as it is now conducted and to enter into and perform this Agreement. Senetek is duly licensed or qualified to do business and is in good standing in California and each other jurisdiction in which its operations or ownership of assets in connection with this Agreement requires such licensing or qualification.
