Qualification Requirements. (a) For the purpose of the payment of Distribution and Services Fees hereunder, Dealer is the Dealer of record for Shares having an aggregate value of at least the minimum amount set forth in Schedule B (“Dealer Firm Requirements”) throughout the period for which the Distribution and/or Service Fees are paid. The Funds’ accounts are accounts in any Funds, but excluding any accounts for Dealer’s own retirement plans.
