Qualification and License. All architects, engineers, experts and other consultants retained by Designer in performance of this Agreement shall be qualified to perform the Services assigned to them, and shall be licensed to practice in their respective professions, where required by law.
Qualification and License. The County may make such investigations as deemed necessary to determine the ability of the bidder to perform the work and the bidder shall furnish the County all such information and data for this purpose as the County may request. The County reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such bidder fails to satisfy the County that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Contract and to complete the work contemplated therein.

The Company has made available to Parent complete and accurate copies of the charter and bylaws, or equivalent organizational or governing documents, of each of the Company’s “significant subsidiaries” (as defined in Regulation S-X promulgated under the Securities Act), each as currently in effect.
