PUTS. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein (including, without limitation, the provisions of Article VII), the Company shall have the right, but not the obligation, to direct the Investor, by its delivery to the Investor of a Put Notice from time to time, to purchase Put Shares (i) in a minimum amount not less than $25,000.00 (calculated using the Initial Purchase Price) and (ii) in a maximum amount up to the lesser of (a) $2,000,000.00 (calculated using the Initial Purchase Price) or (b) 200% of the Average Daily Trading Value.
