Common use of Pursuant to Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to. a security agreement executed by Xxxxxxxx and Administrative Agent for the Lenders (as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Security Agreement”), Borrower has agreed, among other things, to assign, as collateral security for its obligations under the Financing Agreement and related documents (collectively, the “Financing Documents”), all of its right, title and interest in, to and under the Contract to Administrative Agent for the benefit of itself, the Lenders and each other entity or person providing collateral security under the Financing Documents.
