Common use of Pursuant to A Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to A. R.S. §23-1022(D), for the purposes of workers’ compensation coverage, all employees of each Party covered by this Agreement shall be deemed to be an employee of all Parties. The agency which regularly employs an employee entitled to workers’ compensation arising out of work associated with this Agreement shall be the agency solely liable for payment of all workers’ compensation and related benefits.

The agency which regularly employs an employee entitled to workers’ workers compensation arising out of work associated with this Agreement shall be the agency solely liable for payment of all workers’ worker’s compensation and related benefits.

Pursuant to A. The parent agency which regularly employs an employee entitled to workers’ compensation arising out of work associated with this Agreement shall be the agency solely liable for payment of all workers’ worker’s compensation and related benefits.

R.S. §23-1022(D1022( D), for the purposes of workers’ worker’s compensation coverage, all employees of each Party covered by this Agreement shall be deemed to be an employee of all Parties. The agency which regularly employs an employee entitled to workers’ compensation arising out of work associated with this Agreement primary employer shall be the agency solely liable for payment of all workers’ worker’s compensation and related benefits.
