Purposes for Which Securityholders. Meetings May Be Called A meeting of Securityholders may be called at any time and from time to time pursuant to this Article 8 for any of the following purposes:
(a) to give any notice to the Issuer or to the Trustee, or to give any directions to the Trustee, or to waive or to consent to the waiving of any default hereunder and its consequences, or to take any other action authorized to be taken by Securityholders pursuant to Article 7;
(b) to remove the Trustee and appoint a successor Trustee pursuant to Article 6;
(c) to consent to the execution of an indenture or indentures supplemental hereto pursuant to Section 9.1; or
(d) to take any other action authorized to be taken by or on behalf of the holders of any specified aggregate principal amount of the Securities under any other provision of this Indenture or under applicable law.
