Purpose of Project Steering Group. The purpose of the Project Steering Group is to work collaboratively as two Local Governments, for the promotion, advancement and re/development of the Cottesloe Activity Centre (Cottesloe Village). The Project Steering Group will manage project progression and performance by overseeing: • Project costs and budget. • Operation of the technical team in terms of quality and content of work. • Project Gateway achievements, including providing feedback and direction on major design decisions.
