It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the Delaware Trustee shall have none of the duties, obligations or liabilities of any other Person, including, without limitation, the Board of Trustees. The Delaware Trustee shall satisfy the requirements of Section 3807(a) of the Delaware Statutory Trust Statute.
